Pedro Pascal was pictured while spending time with friends in Manhattan on Monday afternoon.

The 48-year-old performer flashed a smile while rocking a casual look and taking in the sights of the Big Apple.

The actor, who was recently in talks to appear in the upcoming sequel to Gladiator, opted for a bright white long-sleeve henley shirt and a pair of jet-black trousers.

Pascal finished off his look with tri-tone sneakers and a fashionable pair of sunglasses.

The performer has become well-known for his role as Din Djarin in the space western series The Mandalorian, which is set in the Star Wars universe.

The former Narcos star has portrayed the show's lead character ever since the Jon Favreau-created program initially premiered in November of 2019. 

Other cast members include Giancarlo Esposito, Bryce Dallas Howard and Carl Weathers, who has directed several episodes of the series.

The first season of the program was comprised of eight episodes and aired from November to December of 2019.

The Mandalorian's second run premiered the following October and concluded that December.

A three-year gap separated the second and third seasons of the program, with its most recent set of episodes being released from this past March to April.

It was confirmed that Favreau had begun working on The Mandalorian's fourth season in May of last year.

According to Collider, production on the new set of episodes is set to commence later this year. 

Pascal spoke about working on the program during an interview that was shared on Star Wars' official website, where he spoke about his character's decisive use of dialogue in the series.

'It's really important that when he's forced to express himself, that it be really, really true within the whole picture…to ultimately keep us engaged and invited into the story. And we keep discovering new ways to do that,' he said. 

The performer went on to express that he been through several experiences while working on the project that had thrown him off guard.

'There have been so many surreal moments. I think that there have only been surreal moments as far as this is concerned,' he said.

He added: 'There was meeting Jon and Dave before I got the job, and being invited into a room [where] every inch of all four walls was covered in story illustrations of the entire first season. That was something that I'll never forget.'
