Ambulance crews briefly resuscitated Kessinger on Friday, but she later died at Mission Hospital, Christina Hallingse, a spokeswoman for the Asheville Police Department told The Citizen Times

She had been a realtor with Asheville Reality Group for approximately six months before her death.

'She was a wonderful person and a real professional. Our whole office is just heartbroken,' Bobbie Baxter, co-owner of the group, told The Citizen Times.

Baxter did not know why Kessinger was in the office building parking lot at the time of the incident. The real estate group's office is about 0.7 miles from the crime scene.

We're worried about the safety of all our agents,' she said.

Evidence markers at the scene were located near a dumpster in the parking lot. Hallingse did not say if Kessinger's body was found in or near the garbage bin.

It does not appear that Kessinger and North knew each other before Friday's incident.
